Residential Electrician
Finish this apprenticeship and the license these hours reach is Oregon's limited residential electrician license. It is a limited license, separate from the general journeyman electrician license. The state's rule describes the work: one who "makes electrical installations on one- or two-family or multi-family dwelling units, not exceeding three floors above grade" and who "shall work under the supervision, direction and control of a general supervising electrician." The license follows an application and the state's exam; the licensing page lists both.3
